Discard the stems.<br />Now wash the methi leaves in a cold water with a few drops of vinegar. Spread it on a paper towel and let it air dry a little until the moisture is off. Now you can store them in portions in ziplock bags and keep it in the freezer.<br /><br />Another popular way is once you wash them,put them in an ice cube tray and freeze them.
